Process-/Cycle-time optimized for thin-film-laminates “Inverse-Laminating”

Within our continuous product-development/-improvement of our incapcell-laminating-systems, our process engineers could manage to run laminating processes in only 13,5 minutes/ cycle. This is possible by using our “inverse-laminating”- process which has been developed by Spaleck-Stevens InnoTech and which is unique worldwide. Quality receivables and repeatability are stable and on an extreme high level.

This – worldwide unique and fastest – process times can be run by using 3.2 mm thick glass->PVB->thin-film->PVB->glass with 3.2 mm thickness. This sub-ordinate target does not indicate the end of our efforts in increasing your benefits when purchasing any incapcell-unit – it starts our “internal” challenge of go on with any improvements to the benefit of our customers. At the end of the day our obsession is to bring extreme savings or – on the other hand – tremendous increasing in production-capacities to you.
