Energetica Industries GmbH (Klagenfurt/ Austria) - Launch of worldwide biggest laminator
Since February 2010 the first incapcell- laminator is in duty to the fullest satisfactory of the Energetica Industries GmbH in Klagenfurt/ Austria. On Friday the 7th<//font> May 2010 an additional new and worldwide unique incapcell- laminator is going to start its production of PV- modules. This worldwide biggest and most efficient incapcell- laminator<//u> is initiated by no one less than the governor of Austria’s federal state Kärnten Mr. Gerhard Dörfler together with Kärnten’s representative for energy Mrs. Dr. Beate Prettner and representatives of the general management of Energetica Industries GmbH and Spaleck- Stevens InnoTech. The total production capacities of Energetica are going to be scaled up significant due to the unique incapcell- laminator. By choosing the modular design of the incapcell incapcell 1-43-24 plus – laminator, our customer becomes able to increase its future capacities by just adding a second (or more) stack on the existing one- level- device.
Operating the new incapcell- device by choosing the worldwide unique “inverse- laminating”- process – developed by our engineers – in combination with a large number of additional innovative features, Energetica reduces the production- costs for their PV- modules significant. This comes along with an extreme high level of product- quality<//u><//u> and a very low scrap rate<//u><//u>. The total high availability<//u><//u> of the incapcell - system completes the challenging requirements of our customer.
The effective lamination dimensions of the incapcell 1-43-24 plus are (l x w) 4800 x 2700 [mm] or approx. 13 square- meter on just on level<//u><//u>. Thus this laminator proudly can declare itself as the worldwide biggest production- device. This challenging target has been put into practice within a cooperation of customers engineers together with our skilled and experienced technicians. Based on the mentioned 13 square- meters lamination- area of a single- stack- device our customer is allowed easily to increase his production- capacities due to our modular add- on- system “F.I.T.”. If required the existing single- stack incapcell 1-43-24 plus can be upgraded by (for instance) adding 4 more identical units in one stack. Without any additional space<//u><//u> or infrastructure<//u><//u> an effective lamination- area of approx. 65 square- meters<//u><//u> can be realized quite easily.
