This combined model guarantees that the product is loosened and turned over if there is a large range of grain sizes.On the inlet side there is an exact two-dimensional separation at 30 mm to approx. 150 mm and on the discharge side there is a blockage-free separation even for large product pieces, at 300 mm for example.

This combination makes it possible to carry out two process steps in one machine in the smallest possible space and with a low investment.

This vibratory screening machine uses circular motion and is driven by a standard three-phase motor. The false floor on the inlet side guarantees efficient use of the screen surface and good distribution of material flow, increasing the service life of the screen panels and preventing grain clogging and blockage by long parts. The subsequent screening modules can be changed quickly, so the progressive mesh sizes can be adjusted easily. The subframe absorbs residual vibration. The stationary cover can be opened without using tools, ensuring quick access to the screen modules.
